Paris Saint Germain have joined the race to sign Napoli’s leading marksman Victor Osimhen, joining Manchester United and other top European clubs in the battle.
According to Foot Mercato, the Parisians are believed to have sent Campos to meet Osimhen’s representatives with whom they share a good relationship.
Napoli set £150m as price for the Nigerian, and this definitely will not be a bother for PSG who have no problem spending big.
The Serie A leaders dished out £66.3m to bring Osimhen to Naples from Lille in 2020 .The Nigerian who is still contracted to the club until 2025 is currently on international duty with his country who are set to face Guinea-Bissau in a double header fixture on Friday and Monday in their qualifying campaign of Africa cup of Nations.
Osimhen has to his name 53 goals and 14 assists from 91 games for the Partenopei. His blistering form has guided Luciano Spalletti’s side to the quarter finals of the Champions league and they are run away Serie A leaders with a massive 18 point gap between them second placed Lazio.
