Gareth Southgate has announced a 25-man England squad that will face Italy and Ukraine in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
The England boss has made changes to the squad that represented the Three Lions at the Qatar World Cup last year.
In-form Brentford forward Ivan Toney has been included in the squad as a reward for his performances in the Premier League so far, while Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold, has been dropped.
Arsenal defender Benjamin White has also been dropped, replaced by 22-year-old Marc-Israel Guehi from Crystal Palace. Raheem Sterling also misses out due to his fitness issues but Southgate said he would have selected him if he were fit.
England kick off their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign on Thursday, March 23, with a trip to Italy and will host Ukraine on Sunday, March 26 as they look to put behind their World Cup disappointment with a positive start.
Domestic leagues are going for a break after this weekend as players depart to represent their countries in different competitions.
